Brandon K. Smith, CPA, MBA has over 10 years of public accounting experience.  He
has worked in private industry as well.  Brandon worked at Ernst and Young for over 5
years where he specialized in business taxation.  Brandon is certified in North and
South Carolina, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. He
earned a B.S. degree in financial accounting, cum laude and with distinction in
accounting, from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and an M.B.A. degree
from Appalachian State University.  He currently serves as the Treasurer for the
Upstate CREIA organization.  He is the father of three and enjoys spending time with
his twin girls and three year old son.

Ki Shin, CPA has over 20 years of public accounting experience.   He has worked for
Price Waterhouse and Ernst & Young, LLC as well as a local CPA firm.   Although Ki
has broad experience with all types of entities he has a specialized niche with real
estate.  Ki was the tax manager for the largest investor in the nation while working for
Ernst & Young, LLC.   Ki is certified in North and South Carolina, and is a member of
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  He earned his Masters in
taxation degree from the University of South Carolina.  Ki is a father of four and enjoys
attending church.
